Jay's Bay Area plumbing provides Garbage Disposal Repair, Hydro Jetting, Water Line Repair, Sump Pump Installation, Water Heater Installation, Pipe Repair, Gas Line Repair and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Jay's Bay Area plumbing or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Jay's Bay Area plumbing may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Jay's Bay Area plumbing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
